After several disappointments, I have decided to change our VSP lab to Crown Optical in RI. After only being on board with them less than a month, we have had a few jobs that have been sent back for lab errors. Therefore, not only have I waited the mandatory "5 to 6" working days, moreover the lab screwed up the left lens therefore I still have not received my glasses and this is the EIGHT working day.I'm dropping VSP like a hot potatoe at the next enrollment period.
