I wish a time would come when there was no reason for the position to be around. The idea that someone can be as mean and nasty to you as you want and you have to bite the bullet and thank them for their horrible attitude is way too requiring of buddhist and christlike undying compassion for us mere mortals. I will say vsp is THE BEST in customer service I have ever experienced ever calling. I actually hate customer service in the sense of working in the field as a representative.
